Summer Vacation

This school year has gone on FOREVER! I was ready for summer vacation two weeks ago, but tonight is the first night of my summer vacay. Time for me to sit by the pool, sipping mai tais and working on my tan ...

Yeah, right.

In my dreams!

You want to know what I'm doing for summer vacation? I'm getting a new air conditioner since my finally crapped out. I'm currently mooching off my dad's A/C since I cannot handle heat. Also, I'm having foot surgery in two weeks. I've got bone spurs on my left ankle and they hurt like a mother fucker. I'm getting them shaved down in two weeks and I'm on crutches for six weeks. YAY!

What does that mean for all of you?

Updates! When I'm not drugged out of my mind. Here's my plan for the summer ... I'm hoping to finish Picking Up The Pieces relatively soon. I'm working on chapter twenty-five now and there will be two more real chapters, plus an epilogue.

Once I'm done with Picking Up The Pieces, I'll start working on Married to the Mob: Fighting for Freedom, the sequel to Married to the Mob. I also will continue working on A Modern Day Fairy Tale and finish La Donna e Il Dottore. I also have a plot bunny on the back burner, too - Waiting in the Wings for Love. I don't know when this will be posted, but it's simmering.
